I’m currently involved in a project focused on integrating advanced mobility technologies, particularly autonomous driving systems and electric propulsion. A major hurdle we’re facing is ensuring compliance with existing SAE standards while accommodating the rapid advancements in these fields. The balance between innovation and standardization seems tricky, especially with the diverse range of emerging technologies.
I have gone through these resources/articles SAE MobilityForward Challenge - Student Events CCSP interview questions, however they are quire good but I want to learn more.
I’m keen to hear from others who have tackled similar challenges. How do you manage the tension between adhering to standards and fostering innovation? Have you encountered any specific issues related to testing, validation, or certification? What resources, best practices, or lessons learned would you recommend?
