I just tried to upload the batch comment file associated with my ballot on ISO 23792-2, but it failed twice, with no indication given for the reason for the failure. The formatting of that template is painful to use because the columns for text input do not include text wrapping, so it’s hard to see my text input as I’m typing it.

Hey Steve, thanks for bringing up this feedback.

I connected with our technical support team and sounds like Chris has helped you troubleshoot the technical issue which is good.

We have noted your feedback on the formatting of the template and are reviewing and will likely be reaching out with some clarifying questions/comments soon!

Thank you for the information.

Hi Amy, you will the option to upload the batch comments after you have selected a voting choice that is either approve or disapprove.

Standards team policy is that a vote must be entered before commenting. If a waive vote is submitted there is no option to comment.

We have recently updated the disapproval voting screen so that you can upload all your comments using this feature at the time of disapproval.

If you are approving and have comments, you can simply batch upload them after your vote is in.
